All documents and materials provided to us are treated as confidential. At a client’s request, the company and translators can sign a confidentiality agreement.

Document archiving

With our clients in mind, we have created an electronic Translation Archive. We hold all files containing translations performed by the firm in an electronic archive for a period of 3 years. They can be used by our clients or to help translators working for the same clients.

CTP’s products are quality managed in accordance with PRINCE 2 project management principles, which constitute the standard for a range of large private corporations in EU member states. The quality of translation services is the firm’s main priority.
